2. What data we collect

• Quote request and insurance claim forms: name, phone number, e-mail address, vehicle details (make, model, year, registration number), damage description and photos, photo of the registration certificate, insurance details (insurer, policy number).
• Chat window (Crisp): the messages you send and your name or e-mail if you provide them.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit (server logs and site statistics).

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Preparing a quote and providing the service (glass replacement or repair, booking a time): preparation and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Handling an insurance claim together with the insurer: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Site security, preventing abuse and general visitor statistics: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics and marketing cookies: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share data with

• Insurance companies, when a claim is handled through your comprehensive (kasko) insurance.
• Hosting: Zone Media OÜ (Estonia), whose servers host the site and the database.
• Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager): only if you have accepted analytics or marketing cookies. Google may also process data outside the EU under the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
• Crisp IM SAS (France): chat window service.
• We do not sell personal data and do not use it for purposes other than those described here.

5. Retention

• Quote requests and insurance claim data, including photos: until the service has been provided and related claims have expired (typically up to 3 years).
• Accounting documents (invoices): 7 years under the Estonian Accounting Act.
• Consent cookie: 12 months. Server logs: up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

• To access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format.
• To withdraw consent at any time (cookie settings in the page footer). This does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7. Cookies
